If you cannot find your dream home we will sit down with you, take requirements and understand exactly what you are looking for. We then go back over 18 years of sales data and find homes that have been sold over the years that hit your requirements and seek to make contact with the present owners. For a fee we will actively go out and find you a home. We would represent you in negotiations, the owner will not pay a commission and therefore it is usually attractive to them.
For this service we charge an upfront fee of £500 given the extensive hours of research. If successful in finding you a property we then charge another fee but only on completion.
