Lloyd International Translations retains Investors in People (IiP) accreditation

Over 30,000 UK organisations are recognised as Investors in People, covering a wide spectrum of UK industries.

Investors in People does not prescribe any one method to achieve given standards but provides a framework to help organisations find the most suitable means for achieving success through their people.

The Investors in People Standard is designed to “unlock an organisation’s potential”. In line with the Investors in People Standard framework Lloyd International Translations (LIT) is expected to:

  • Develop effective strategies to improve the performance of the company through its people
  • Demonstrate the impact of its investment in people on the performance of the organisation
  • Take effective action to improve the performance of the organisation through its people

An external audit carried out in June 2007 confirmed that once again, LIT meets with the requirements of the IiP national Standard, in recognition of its strategies and performance practices.

Paul Renehan, LIT’s Managing Director comments, “We combine translation excellence, technical knowledge and DTP skills to enable our clients to succeed in their markets worldwide. The individuals who make up our team are our most valued asset.”
