Staff at one of the UK’s leading technical translation companies have been celebrating their success after winning an award for their customer care services. Mike Lloyd, Managing Director at Lloyd International Translations, was presented with the Investor In People (IIP) award by Cheshire MP Stephen O’Brien.

The IIP programme ensures development of team members in a structured way to give the best possible service to customers. This customer focus has seen Lloyd International Translations become one of the largest specialist technical translation companies in Europe. With an emphasis on high-tech, engineering, electronics and manufacturing company clients, 60% of the firm’s business is for overseas customers – earning valuable foreign currency.
