Lloyd International Translations achieves ISO 9001:2008

Lloyd International Translations (LIT) has successfully retained ISO 9001 certification from the British Standards Institute.

ISO 9001 is a set of standards for quality management systems that is recognised around the world. It is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance of a company’s ability to meet quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

To attain ISO 9001:2008 certification, LIT needed to demonstrate that its internal procedures meet customer expectations and all current regulatory requirements.

We strive for continuous improvement to our systems, processes and services. For quality control purposes we closely monitor all projects through our proprietary database and workflow system, achieving targets to guarantee timely completion.

LIT actively seeks and analyses post-project feedback in order to confirm levels of customer satisfaction and continually raise our standards.

LIT has been registered to ISO 9001 since 2001. However our overall approach to continual improvement is based on the EFQM  (European Foundation for Quality Management) model.
