Project Assistant

The Position

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with the handling of document, software and website translation and localization projects. Your duties may include:

• maintaining accurate project records
• proofreading, layout checks and quality assurance
• optimising documents for translation
• ensuring that translation memories are updated
• ensuring that project administration records are accurate and up-to-date
• booking in projects and assisting with the preparation of quotations

About You

You will be a graduate with a passion for languages and/or translation with a keen interest in learning how to use a variety of different software packages. You will possess the following attributes:
